A Little About Sark

I’m California lawyer Sarkis Jacob Babachanian, a trained, experienced mediator of litigated cases. I take satisfaction in being a peacemaker, helping individuals, businesses, governments and their attorneys settle injury, civil rights, business, employment, discrimination, divorce and bankruptcy lawsuits brought in California and federal courts.

In private caucus, I actively listen. I then apply my intuition, training, experience and skill to discover a solution acceptable by all. I use a case-appropriate mix of evaluative, facilitative and transformative dispute resolution methods, adding a heavy dose of common sense and cross-cultural literacy to break impasse and help parties get on with their lives.

I mediate from offices in the picturesque Montrose neighborhood of Glendale, California, but can travel locally and beyond to help clients resolve disputes.
